to the World of Rockhounds auction Terms and Conditions page. This page
describes the terms and conditions to which you must agree in order
to use the World of Rockhound's auctions as a bidder and/or as a seller.
By submitting a bid or by listing an item or items
for auction, you are agreeing that you have read and accepted World
of Rockhounds Auction Rules and Terms and Conditions.
It is a crime to register, participate or to bid or
sell on World of Rockhounds auctions using a false name or a fraudulent
or invalid credit card. We will investigate that you are, who you say
you are through any source possible and keep that information confidential.
Each member must submit readily verifiable sources of positive sales
with legitimate dealers or bidders. We will verify those transactions
to completely check the legitimacy of any member. Please allow up to
48 hours to receive your member number and password. Once you have received
a membership you are able to sell and or bid on the auction items.
Cut and dry, the high bidder is the winner.
As a bidder, if you have the highest bid at the end
of the auction, at or above the minimum bid price, you are obligated
to complete the transaction. Bids are not retractable.
As a seller, if you receive one bid at or above your
stated minimum price, you are obligated to pay the seller's fee specified
in Seller's Fees and Payment to World of Rockhounds and to complete
the transaction with the highest bidder.
Bids may not be manipulated in any way. Shill bidding
(the deliberate use of aliases, friends, family members, or associates
to drive up the bid price of an item) is strictly prohibited. Sellers
are not allowed to bid on their own items. World of Rockhounds may immediately
cancel bids which are deemed to be manipulative and suspend an offending
bidder's or seller's account.
World of Rockhounds is not responsible for bids that
are unrecorded due to technical difficulties.
Auction Agreement
Eligibility
World of Rockhounds services are available only to individuals who can
enter into and form legally
binding contracts under applicable law. Our services are not available
to minors. To register,
you must provide your real name, address, phone number and email address
and all other applicable information. Your personal contact information
will be used to send you information about your account and bidding
status. Financial information (such as credit card information) is used
to bill the seller for fees when an item is sold to the highest bidder.

Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and
regulations regarding use of our service, including those pertaining
to bidding, listing, purchasing and selling items. World of Rockhounds
may refuse our services to anyone at any time.
World of Rockhounds Provides an Auction Service
The World of Rockhounds website acts as a venue for sellers to sell
items in auctions to the highest bidder and for bidders to bid on sellers
items. World of Rockhounds is involved in the transactions only between
itself and its own bidders. But in now way are we a guarantee for a
dealers quality or actual product. We do not guarantee the sellers'
items or the accuracy of their listings and it is understood that members
will indemnify and hold World of Rockhounds harmless for any claims,
demands, or damages resulting from transactions between bidders (buyers)
and sellers. Each dealer is rigorously investigated as to their, identification,
location and previous dealer feedback to insure the validity of their
trading background. We reserve the right to suspend the participation
of any member who violates our Auction Rules or these Terms and Conditions.
Bidding
As a bidder, if you have the highest bid at the end of the auction,
at or above the minimum bid price, you are obligated to complete the
transaction. Bids are not retractable.
Selling
As a seller, you may list items for auction. Listings must describe
the item that you are listing and may include a photo of the listed
item by providing a link to the item's image. Listings are placed in
the appropriate category. The item must be in relation to music, music
items, or music in general. Items will be listed for non music items
deemed by the staff as appropriate to our general audience. If you receive
one or more bids at or above your stated minimum price, you are obligated
to pay a seller's fee to World of Rockhounds and to complete the transaction
with the highest bidder.
Bids

Fees and Payments
Registering with World of Rockhounds to bid or to sell is free and there
is no cost to bid. A fee of 7% per item listed is incurred by a dealer
upon filing a listing. This covers administration cost of auction programming
and operator input. A seller pays no additional fee when an item receives
a winning bid and his or her auction has closed. There are fees for
your listing in a featured auction (Two dollars more) if you choose
any of these options when you list your item. All fees are quoted in
U.S. Dollars.
Breach
World of Rockhounds may immediately issue a warning or terminate your
membership, any of your current auctions, any of your current bids,
or any other information you place on the site if you breach these Terms
and Conditions or our Auction Rules or if we are unable to verify or
authenticate any information you provide to us. World of Rockhounds
may also suspend or terminate your membership and account if you are
found to have engaged in any fraudulent or unlawful activity in connection
with our site.
